Subject	How can I test if my External Wastegates are good?(off car)

Message	Please if someone can help me with this.. I have 2 used external wastegate which I will be putting on my HKS2530's. They are off the car right now so I would like to know whats the best way to know they will function and that they are good? Never had 1 of these before so Im not quite sure. Thanks in advance..any help will be appreciated.
