Subject	Power Steering Bolt at Rack

Message	I replaced the TT PS pump this winter with a NA pump, deleted the HICAS Ect., Replaced the leaking high pressure hose from Pump to Rack with one from Autozoan. It's seaping at the rack around the bolt. Its a steady leak. I Ordered a new bolt and washers and it still leaks. I teflon taped the bolt and it slowed a bit but still leaking. I cleaned the rack and the fitting on the new hose, inspected for cracks or any imperfection and it appears good. Torqued the bolt between 51 and 58 ft lbs, replaced both cooper washers and bolt but it seems to be worse sometimes. Anyone have this issue? know of another trick? Im considering removing the hose and trying to return it. I did break this bolt off the first time trying to tighten it down. This is the new OEM replacment bolt with washers. " >
