It feels like it comes from the left (driver's side) front wheel, both factory tension rod bushings are in bad condition, I've got the Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings, along with the PU steering rack bushings, to replace them. However, the stock rack bushings are still dry, and there is no steering slip, and if I remember right, worn tension rod bushings only cause vibration during braking, not when you hit a bump, I could be wrong though. Is this steering vibration after hitting a bump due to something else? I've looked around my suspension, and don't see anything that jumps right out at me, anyone has had this problem and know what's causing it? The vibration feels damped, once I hit a good size bump, the steering wheel goes left and right 3 or 4 times, with a pretty good size initial amplitude, then on each recurring instance the amplitude gets smaller till it stops. It's not one of those small but continuous vibrations, it stops quickly, but it's pretty large amplitude and slow. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? There's no vibration at all when I hit the brakes though.
