Message tested at about 50 psi in a closed loop condition before starting the engine to make sure the O rings have seated properly. This can easily be done with the fuel rails on the car with the plenum in place. If a plenum and fuel rail pull the loop test needs to be done to the fuel rails before installing on the engine and this also allows the tip of each injector to be visually inspected for leaks.
