Message	a bad injector. Maybe the rough idle is not related to the fuel smell. Are you getting black smoke out the exhaust? Make sure you have a bad injector before tearing it apart. If you tear it apart, do all that Eric says. ... Fuel smell is more likely a fuel leak in one of many possible places in the engine bay. Do the paper towel or talcum powder test to find it.
