alright guys, my car has been running rough ever since i did a jdm engine swap on it in the summer. since then ive replaced, repaired, and cleaned lots of things here and there, the biggest issue being a bad intake valve cover gasket which was causing oil to seep into the intake manifold. my car runs significantly better now but it still runs shitty sometimes. i notice that whenever it is running rough though that the exhaust rattles when i shift or decelerate. but when it is running well, the exhaust sounds super smooth and quieter. any idea on what this could be indicative of? and is this rattling the same thing as the "gurgling" that jim wolf is referring to in the z-appendix under AIV valves? also, what other parts could have been damaged from running with a leaky valve gasket for all that time that could be making my car run rough? i was thinking pcv valves, egr valve, iaa valve and/or o2 sensors but im not really sure. thanks in advance for any advice/help i get
