| Yes you can use the Eastwood roller to fully roll out the lip a bit. Some people have done this roll out the fender to "flare" it a bit to allow even more space. I've never done it by my own hands, but that tool has been used to do it. But to each his own. I think if you get to point that you need this done for the necessity of more rubber then you should consider the right width of wheels and not necessarily offsets. Don't get caught up in the trend of going crazy with offsets for a look and not consider the width of a rim as well. It's all about balance when it comes to picking the right rim and tire combination.
