Subject	trouble with fresh engine

Message	i just got my engine build done 88mm pistons eagle h beam rods hybrid turbos ex. i started the car and now it sputters when pressing the gas. air fuel ratios at idle are 13.8 and the idle will change from time to time sometimes sticking at 1500rpms then after giving it a little gas it drops back to 800-1000 range.i havent taken it on the street yet not until i figure out what the problem. i have checked all the vacuum lines all are secure and tight. just seems to be missing when giving it a little throttle. i know i could probley find this in the search engine but i like to give you guys something to write about thats the point of the site right lol thanks in advance for all the advice.
