Message Sounds pretty serious to me. Oil in coolant could be a head gasket or turbo issue, oil in the plenum could be a pcv issue or blow by caused by bad rings, and low compression can be caused by burnt valves or bad rings. Since the turbos are liquid cooled and oil lubricated, its tricky to tell if its a head gasket or turbo problem. The only way you can fix it, considering all factors and as long as its not rings, is to pull the passenger head and turbo. On the downside, oil on the #6 plug is a definite sign of blow by from bad rings.
