Subject	A/C fuse blows when put in

Message	I had an electrical surge a while back and am trying to fix several electrical problems. I am trying to figure out what is the problem with the a/c and heat. The entire cooling/heating does not work. If this helps, I've noticed that hot air is coming through the vents into the car, it gets pretty hot in there on long trips. The 7.5 amp a/c accessory fuse in the car blows when the fuse is put in. It's the one on the 2nd row, 3rd one in from the left I think. I figure the wires connected with that fuse may have melted and are causing a short. Does anyone have a diagram or know where those wires go to?
