Subject	vacuum lines needed to run?

Message	I'm doing a z23 engine transplant into custom project car, I've stared at every vacuum line diagram I can find and heres my question, for the car to run dose it only need one hose from the balance tube to the fuel pressure regulator and one hose from the balance tube to the fuel dampener? (aiv's, egr, carbon canister have all been removed) and can I now plug all the other vacuum nipples? thanks in advance for any help!!!
