I know that a falty relay will make the starter not kick in sometimes when you turn the key. My big question is can a falty relay cause the car to act like it's got a dead/weak battery? I'm asking because i have a new fully charged battery but i still get the starter acting like it's not got enough power to start the car. Other times it starts like a champ on the first turn of the key.
