Message As i mentioned I did the connectors summer before last--every one of them I could find, and packed to capacity with dielectric grease. I doubt they're anything but clean.

I haven't popped my intake piping off since last summer, but I gave the throttles a very thorough cleaning. They might have some buildup now, but they can't be that grimy (I've Sea Foamed too).

I haven't popped the IAA off (rebuilding is on my to-do list). I did replace that short curved vacuum hose before, and shot healthy amounts of WD-40 into each side which helped my idle (this was also about a year and a half ago; I'd had erratic/high idle but it's been great since).

The only unknown is the PCVs. I've replaced just about every piece of vacuum hose on the car within the last couple years, so I don't think I have any leaks. I haven't tried the starter-kick, but I do tend to crank and immediately release almost before it's turned over, so it's like it barely starts and doesn't rev spike like that.
