Message	Sounds similar to a problem I had..from all the speed bump grinding, back when I had stock cats, I noticed what sounded like rattling at sertain RPMs or when I shifted. I later found the downpipe heat shields to be the cause when it was up on a lift. They were just a little loose and rattled a lot making me think I had other/shifter problems. Try the tech forums
