Message	bank just to verify it's working OK (I realize you did a resistance check on the coil pack)? Moving it elsewhere verifies the dead cylinder issue doesn't follow the coil pack... FYI: Pretty easy to check for a working coil pack and/or that the PTU is telling it to fire. Unplug from spark plug but leave connected to harness. Insert a spare spark plug (any type will do or pull it from the car) and ground it with a length of wire. Observe for spark while engine is cranked.... 2nd thing for the suspected bad cylinder -- did you run a resistance check on the injector? I'd do the spark plug test first as a "for sure or not" verification on the coil pack....since it's really easy to run.
