Message	I just had mine replaced. If you choose not to do the dremel cut, remove and hose clamp new hose as suggested above, the entire hardline can be removed and taken to a commercial/industrial hose facility. They can use another crimping band and replace it like and kind. Most people replace with new hose and hose clamp.
