| Replacing some leaking power steering lines on my 90TT, im replacing the TT PS pump with an NA PS pump and getting rid of the HICAS. I'm ordering a new high pressure line part # 49710R that goes from the pump to the rack and replacing the bushings on the rack. First question; I see two different prices but can't see any difference in the line. Will either of these work with my new NA set up?
49710R Second question; The return line diagram Part 49719 shows a hose with clamps at both ends. My thoughts were to replace the rubber hose at each end and reuse the steel line, but my hose near the resivor looks like this   >
Like a compression fitting? Would I need to replace this entire line on mine? Is this line under any pressure, I'm thinking of cleaning it up and reusing it if it's not. But at the same time I'd rather replace it now rather than risk another leak in the near future.
