Message	how does the rear cover spin? im guessing the rear seal cover on the gear. If its spinning, and touching the cam seal, the Gear is obviously warped..... or some crazy way the head has been decked, etcetc diff deck sizes, something crazy. Comes down to a really retardedly offset cam seal install or warped gear rubbing.
