Check the O2 sensors for actual voltage readings at the connector with the engine running at 2000. With a digital VOM you can see the high and low readings volt. Ideal volt readings are 0v low and 1 v high. Good values are 0.1v to 0.25 low and 0.75 to 0.9v high. The closer the low and high readings are to about 0.5v average the more worn the O2. So you can have the O2 give 5 CEL blinks minimum per 10 sec and still have poor performing O2s due to poor volt readings.

What brand O2s are you using, are they OEM units or Bosch or other?
