Subject	installing seat heaters what power source should I tap into?

Message	on the instructions all it says is to connect it to an accessory power source, so they have power going to them when the car is started? I was thinking the cigarette lighter (but mine hasn't worked for quite a while, not sure exactly why, but I do know its not the element). Any input/recommendations?
