It gets ridiculous on the highway, but 3700 @ 80 doesn't sound right. I'm thinking more like 32-3300. That's in 5th...if you left out that you're an automatic, that's probably about right. Temp gauge is another story. It's non-linear so your temp can rise or fall quite a bit at the midpoint, but at 3/4 you're clearly on the hot side.
