is to pinch off the return line to the tank and see if the fuel pressure rises. The FPR should go on the return line back to the tank from the rail. Pinching the return line will cause the fuel pressure to rise.If it rises than more than likely the fuel pump is good...if it stays low..check the pump..pump voltage or pump controller...
