Subject	very odd Hatch lock problem

Message	When my rear center "300zx" panel is installed, the lock will NOT turn with the key in when it the panel is of the car the lock turns freely with the key in I cant figue out whats holding it up etc and i dont see anything getting caught... whats the deal>?
