I like the idea of water injection as a safety buffer. My ECU is currently tuned to handle up to 17 psi, which is really the maximum for stock turbos. I've just noticed a big difference between boosting in the summer when the outside temp. is 100+ and boosting in the fall/spring when the temp is like 60 degrees. Without tuning the ECU for water injection, will the car with water/methanol injection behave in the summer like it does in the cooler weather ?
