I have a auto TT, the motor is Hydrolocked so I had tow it back about 130 miles on a tow dolly, front wheels on the dolly rear on ground, it's a auto. I had it in neutral obviously, I asked and was told I did not need to disconnect drive shaft, so I didn't.. When I got home I could not get the car off the dolly. I had to jack the rear wheels up to get it down. It will not Roll back at all in Neutral or anything, I can jack the diff up and with the car in Neutral I can spin the wheels forward and the Drive shaft is moving as well, if I try with lots of pressure I can get them to go backwards but with much resistance, and the drive shaft is NOT moving when I do this??Ebrake is off. Did I just ruin my rear end or tranny? Hopefully not the tranny since it was replaced last month-
-If a timing belt snaps in the woods do any other Z owners hear it? No, because I'm in Stupid Michigan-where are the Z's |
