:Sounds like you've covered about everything.. :Do you have a under-drive pulley? If so and you haven't changed to the matching water pump pulley do so it will help. :The only time I've had the problem you have now is when I still had air in the system.. :Funny, at 2500 rpms .. your turbos (if stock) start working at around 2600/// :And if everything is as you say I would be cleaning out the fins too on the radaitor.. :Maybe check the fan clutchAs far as the RPM, you are correct, there was 0Psi on the boost gauge and it was still heating up. I know that the fan clutch is operating, but the funny thing is, when it starts getting really hot, and I turn the heat on full blast, it works intermittently. It goes from really hot to ambient temp, then back to hot, until the car starts to cool back down. It's almost like I still have air in the system. I dont know any other way to bleed the system than the way that I have already tried. I did get a lot of air out of it, but I think I might still have an issue. Also, a person suggested a new radiator cap, but I have pressure checked mine and it held pressure, also can hear air escape when I loosen the cap, so it doesn't seem to be a pressure problem with the system. I did find a post where someone was experiencing similar problems and he removed his radiator and degreased and scrubbed the fins and problem was solved. I actually work for Nissan North America and have spoken to the training instructors and they are starting to run out of suggestions.
