Most gauges have standard 1/4" NPT fittings on the end, so if you're careful, you can unscrew the gauge from the hose and just install an air nipple. Apply and maintain 100-125psi to the cylinder; attach a valve spring compressor; remove the keepers, hat, and spring; drag off the old seal; lube and push on the new seal; assemble in reverse order; move on to next cylinder; etc.
