Message 1) I connected my TechEdge WB O2 to the Labjack and it works perfectly.
- Did you use the lineared 0-5V output ?
- Did you use a grounded input or a differential input ?
- did you enter the right formula in the Zem, to convert Voltage to AFR ?

2) I had the same question when installing 740cc Deatschwerks injectors on a friend's Z : http://www.twinturbo.net/nissan/300zx/forums/technical/view/1060296/Injectors-and-K-values--why-are-they-not-a-linear-function.html

Yes, the K-value is a linear function. But as injectors are not flowing exactly as their "name" would suggest, you need to fine tune K. And some tuners modify the K to get a richer or leaner mixture, w/o having to modify each cell in the maps.

If you already read Ash's Zem user manual, you're ready for this other tuning manual : http://www.plmsdevelopments.com/files/nissan_ecu_tuning_basics.pdf

Read the text about tuning the K-value.
