Subject	just did a coolant flush and now experiencing hesitation

Message	after I did the flush (auto FAQ procedure), I let the car cool down and then started to refill the rad, I went to go start it barely turned over. When it did there was a buzzing sound Im thinking it was the H2O pump. So I turned the car off again waited a couple mins and started the car again, and it was fine except for the hesitation I continued to fill. Once that was done I took the car off ramps and I was barely able to reverse the car without stalling it. Would the PRVR cause this symptom, if the hose from the intake to the PRVR was not on? Thanks, car is 90 NA
