Message	Ok, update. We took the pipe off on the drivers side turbo. It blowed air through it like normal. Hooked it back up then took the passenger's side pipe off and nothing. No air coming out of it at all. Not only that, but with that pipe off the car would not rev past 2k rpm. Is that the sign of a seized turbo?
