You could just unplug the hose while it is idling to see if there is oil in the line saving you the trouble of changing the PCV. I would retrace all vacuum lines also and make sure they are correct. I would point the blame to the PCV for sure if it were under boost conditions but i doubt that is the culprit. Also check your intercooler piping for oil which would point to the turbo.
