Subject	Interior Electrical issue! Help!

Message	Hi gang, when I turn on the dome light or map lights the "open door" warning light goes on (only half brightness). and when you turn off the dome/map lights you hear a quiet and quick wimper behind the driver seat to the left. the map lights only have 0.6V to them and the dome light has 0v when it should be 12v - so no lights actually really work. I just got the car, so I dont know any history. any ideas? Thanks!
