Message	my head lights stay on high beam and my turn signals only work if turn on the hazard lights. i checked the fuse box where the drivers side kick panel is. i looked at the turn signal fuse and clearance illum fuse and tested them with a fuse tester. it says they are both working, so any comments suggestions? am i looking in the right place, or testing the right fuses?
