Subject	Turbo Exhaust housing came Disconnected?!

Message	I circled in the picture in red what appears to be my problem. On the driver's side (US) turbo, the clamp(?) that holds the exhaust housing of the turbo to the center section is loose. There are two parts to it, one is completely gone and the other part is popped out of place and is loose. I have a huge exhaust leak there as well. The turbos are sport 500's and this happened during normal driving, I have no idea what could have caused it. I'm not sure if theres any way that I'll be able to fix it without pulling the motor. Has anyone else ever had this happen before?
