Message	1. Injectors, what is normal. It is able to make noise, if one of them bad. Easy to diagnose with Power balance test. 2. Valve lifter. The noise will be decreased after the oil warm up. If it is a strong and mechanical sound, then ask a mechanic to hear and judge. Did you checked the position of the cylinders during the change? To not bend the valves above the 1st cylinder? r.a.
