Message If you're committed to the flush use Rislone. Run one quart then make up the diff in oil. Drain, then put in straight oil only. I am not sure your engine needs to be flushed. I think it just needs to be level and run a little longer. Give it at least five minutes, assuming the engine is not self destructing. I've heard a few engines sound awful for several minutes after a timing belt change, then smooth right out.
