Message :replace them with straight pipes or test pipes. The tubes that hook into the exhaust just before the catalytic converters are the AIV air tubes. The AIV system can also be deleted. If you use Search on this site you will prob find everything you need to know and more. Will you pass emissions testing without your cats?

No, I know about the IAV .. the sensor I'm talking about is getting IN the catalytic converters (at the end of the cats) I took a look at it looked like a simple temp probe but I'm not certain.... thank's again
