Ok got rid of the hesitation from before when i replaced the bovs. Now i have no boost build whatsoever but the engine runs perfect. Car will go to 5500 rpms in neutral but under load it barely makes it to 3000 rpms. I thought it may be an upstruction in the intake so i took the piping off and there was a quart of oil on each side of the intercooler. I drained and clean the tubing and the intake system and reassembled ran some intake cleaner through it and burned it all off and the car runs smooth as before but still builds no boost and still feels like its all damned up probably cause the turbos are not spooling. Wiring harness pcv valves vacuum hoses are all new, there is zero vacuum or boost leak. No cats new O2 sensors, plugs injectors intake boost controller all good. any help is greatly appreciated.
