| The workshop that did my rebuild still has the car. I refused to accept delivery when it runs like a hairy goat. 1)Manifold vacuum. It seems to run better when boost is achieved but I'm assuming it still runs rich. 2b)no fault codes 2b)new O2 sensors. Datascan displays permanent rich condition (not cycling) 3)As the workshop is 400kms away and I was told the car was ready, I only took my laptop with me. (just in case) Workshop said timing is 15deg I couldn't test fuel pressure Workshop said there were no boost leaks New NGK Iridium plugs are fitted I couldn't do a compression test but it has less than 150kms on fresh build No ECU error codes 4) Ohms test not done 5) Workshop checked fuel damper 6) Workshop inspected plugs and noted overfuelling on a couple of plugs 7a) Black exhaust and Datascan O2 narrowband sensors Workshop couldn't find their wideband O2 & my wideband is in my other zed. 7b) Yes, drivers bank (RHD car) seemed richer I always thought an injector fault would promote a lean mixture rather than a rich one I'm hoping you can give me some idea of possibilities because the workshop doesn't seem very interested. Cheers Ian
