Subject	Question on installing Speed sensor

Message	Speed odometer reads about 25% fast all of a sudden and advice was to replace sensor vs cluster. On search about installing speed sensor some say that its easy as a five minute job and some say need to drop the transmission down. With split downpipes, which one is correct? Haven't had time to jack it up to see (& lazy). Sweat happens in NC just walking to the car these days.
