Subject	balloon noise

Message	so my car gets this noise like a balloon is letting air out whenever I boost and then let off the gas. It's coming from the driver side of the car. I'm thinking it's some part of the boost ducting that has a loose hose, but is it possible the noise is coming from some components under the drivers fender? Or is it a vacuum related part that sucks air in when boost is let off?
