Subject	10 degrees BTDC, is this a must for doing the 120k

Message	In the tech page it says to rotate the crankshaft to TDC. Then rotate it back CCW 10 degrees BTDC (to make it easier to install the T-belt afterwards). Now if Im supposed to rotate the belt to 10 degrees BTDC how do I do this, with a protractor?
