Subject	Is it possible to change the oil filter "bracket?"

Message	It seems like it would be really easy with the engine out of the car. However, the engine is still in the car. How much of a PITA is replacing the oil filter bracket with the engine still in the car? What needs removed? taken off? moved out of the way? .thanks GotCarolina Z?
