Ok folks, problem solved! I decided to unplug the PTU harness from the main engine harness and come to find out that the larger of the two connectors had a bunch of oxidization on the terminals. I cleaned out as much of that crap as possible, plugged everything back in and the beast came alive the first time I turned the key! It runs like a champ and the best thing of all is that it does not throw one CEL. Thanks to everyone for all the help and suggestions. Now we have to install all the rest of the performance goodies that have accumulated during the down time. :)
