Message	it isn't dead. A battery can have enough power left in it to turn on the lights and radio, etc. but not enough power to turn over the engine. You may not even hear a click if the battery is 'that' dead. If the PTU is in the same location on a 95 as other years, it's on the pass. side timing belt cover at the front of the engine.
