Message	Dude I had the same problem with mine earlier this year and it turned out to be i had major shaft play on the turbo wheel. It dosnt give you the metal to metal sound until you slow down because as long as the turbo is spinning fast the g force from the rotation wont allow it to move as much as when it is spooling down. Most of these problems dont occur until the oil is flowing fluently through the turbo.
