| TL;DR: Fuel pressure starts off fine then drops as the car warms up. Just about everything has been swapped out, tested or replaced. Does anyone know what year fuel pump controller will swap out with a 95 TT? Previous posts

Nothing is burnt or blown inside the fuel pump controller. Fuel pressure damper and regulator have been swapped out to no effect. Fuel filter has been replaced. Fuel pressure gauge I'm using has been verified as accurate. Fuel injectors are good, all ohm perfect and no leaks are to be found. Can't find a leak anywhere in the fuel system, no gas smell. Tank looks clean, no sludge or chunky stuff in it. Car was running fine before sitting for six months. There were a few of electronic devices added to the car in that time, couple gauges and a pair of wide band O2s, and even though they aren't on a circuit that also carries the fuel pump or it's controller they have been disconnected and reconnected with no change. I can't find the fuel pump controller in the microfiche but the CoZ website only lists FPCs for NA and TT, not year specific. I have a friend that I can borrow a FPC from but his car is a 90 TT. Will that work? How fast is fuel pressure supposed to drop after that initial pump up? The manual specifies that the pump should run for 1 second after the key is turned to ignition. It should run up to a full 43.4 psi in that time correct?
