Subject	fuel pressure - still stumped

Message	The problem is the pressure jumps from 30 psi down to 12 psi and then back up again. This cycle will continue for several miles as long as I am in a vacuum mode. Occasionally the pressure will slightly build and once in a boost condition pressure jumps to around 60 psi and car runs great. I am guessing the voltage to the pump. Any help appreciated code 55, replaced filter, regulator, damper, pump, fuel pump controller, prvc, vacuum hoses. Without starting the motor I can turn the iginition switch on and read 43psi, after 30 minutes I still have 30+ psi so I am guessing I do not have a major leak???
