Message	I have done it both ways and there was never any noticeable difference... I don't think is any "black magic" method of magically breaking in a motor. The only thing that I have done in every case has been to religiously change the oil at admittedly over kill intervals. Just make sure the timing is right, and all the fluids are full. Though I wouldn't redline it for a thousand miles or so.
