Message	the EGR tubes on either side of the plenum and then crimp/weld or plug them shut, and then also put the blocking plates to cover the holes left on the underside of the plenum where the tubes used to attach. You'll also need to plug the small EGR vacuum hose on the passenger side too. IMO it will look pretty ghetto with the tubes crimped shut, but to each their own.
